I booked my flight quickly and didn’t run into any problems. For something simple like grabbing a flight without needing a bunch of changes or extras, it worked just fine for me

My flight ended up getting delayed because of the weather, which obviously wasn’t ideal. I’m not sure if they could’ve done much differently, but Porter did a good job keeping everyone in the loop. The emails and texts came through quickly, and the gate staff explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense. Waiting around still wasn’t fun, but at least I didn’t feel totally left in the dark. I appreciated that.

I had to sort out a refund with Porter, it went better than I expected. It wasn’t instant, so there was a bit of waiting around, but the updates were steady and the compensation was explained in a way that felt straightforward. The whole thing came across as calm and fair, not dismissive or rushed, which made a difference. In the end, the money came back like they said it would, so I’m satisfied with how it was handled

The food was actually decent for a short flight. I liked that they had free beer and chips, and the coffee were okay too. There wasn’t a huge selection, but it was better than I expected. It would be nice if they had one more fresh option though.

I usually stick with another airline, so I was already kind of second-guessing trying Porter, but they kept me updated and rebooked me quickly. The staff were friendly about it too, so even though it wasn’t ideal, I can’t really complain

I wasn’t expecting much, so I was relieved when I got on and saw the cabin was actually clean. The seats looked fresh, no crumbs all over the place, and everything felt well kept. It made the quick flight a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be.

I flew with Porter recently, the crew made a big difference. They were really kind and professional, but not in a stiff or fake way. They stayed calm, answered questions like they actually cared, and that made me feel a lot more relaxed. Boarding was organized, and the flight attendants checked in just enough without hovering. It wasn’t anything fancy, just a smooth flight where I felt like the staff knew what they were doing. I’d definitely fly with them again.

I used Porter and the app for a quick trip, and both were simple to use. Booking was not confusing, the prices and flight times were easy to see, and I found my confirmation right away.
The app worked well for check-in and pulling up my boarding pass. It loaded fine on my phone and did not make me jump through any weird steps. It is always nice when travel stuff just works

"Clear carry-on rules, no guessing"
I checked the carry-on info on flyporter.com before my trip and it was straightforward. The bag size was easy to find and I could tell what counted as a personal item so I didn’t have to second guess my packing.
When I got to check in there were no surprises which was a relief. I’ve had airlines make this confusing before so I appreciated that Porter kept it simple.

Boarding was a mess. I felt like I was standing around forever, and nobody seemed to know which line was actually boarding. Maybe if they’d just pointed once or made a clearer announcement, the whole thing would’ve magically gone smoother, because it really felt like everyone was guessing.

"Bags showed up fast and totally fine"
I flew with Porter last week and, i was happy with how the whole baggage thing went. Nothing super dramatic, just easy in the way you kind of hope it’ll be.
Check-in was simple, the bag tag printed without any hassle, and once I landed, my suitcase came out fairly quickly. It looked totally fine too, no dents, no busted zipper, nothing damp or strange like I’ve had happen before with other airlines.
I know baggage can be a little unpredictable depending on the trip, but this one went smoothly enough that I feel good about it. I’d fly with Porter again, most likely...

"The final price didn’t feel fair"
The fare looked reasonable at first, but once all the extra fees were added, it ended up feeling a lot more expensive than expected. I don’t mind paying a fair price for a good experience, but for what you actually get, the value just wasn’t there for me. I’d probably think twice before booking with Porter again.

"flight was late but okay"
my Porter flight ended up being about 40 minutes late. boarding was kind of slow too, which made the wait feel longer. we got there fine in the end, but it definitely wasn’t the most punctual trip

"Went from stressed to relieved fast"
I was a bit frustrated at first because I needed help quickly and didn’t want to deal with a long back-and-forth. But customer service got back to me faster than I expected, and suddenly I felt a lot calmer. They fixed the issue without making it confusing or dragging it out, which I really appreciated. Ended up happy with the whole experience.
